Cortex displays a white
page when the PHP controlling whichever page the user was requesting
failed to execute. This is usually caused by a lack of resources
available to the Apache server controlling Cortex. Log into the server
and check the error logs located in c:i365httpdlogserror.log or
/usr/local/i365/httpd/logs/error.log todetermine the cause of the crash.
