How do I reset the admin password for Cortex on a Windows server?

You will first need to login to your server with Remote Desktop. Then open a command prompt and type the following:

C:i365binsvcctl.exe -resetAdminPassword newpass

Just replace ‘newpass’ with the password that you want to use.
