Click the “Tweak Security” link under “Security”. Click on the
configure link under “SMTP Tweak” Check the box next to “Allow
connections to localhost on port 25.” and click apply. This will only
allow the MTA (mail transport agent), mailman, and root to connect to
remote SMTP servers.
