The default permissions setup for a MySQL user create with cpanel, do not allow the creation

or deletion of MySQL databases.  You will instead, have to use the MySQL manager available

from within Cpanel.



To get to the MySQL manager, you will login to Cpanel, and click on the MySQL Database button:

When you click on this button, you will be taken to the MySQL Manager Section, which will look like this:

From this screen, you will also need to setup any permissions that your MySQL user may need.  These

include INSERT, SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE, etc.
