If your scripts are not able to send mail out, and you do not
have phpsuexec or suexec installed, you will need to allow the user
‘nobody’ to send mail out. Log into WHM, click on ‘Tweak Settings’ and
uncheck the box that says “Prevent the user ‘nobody’ from sending out
mail to remote addresses …”
