exist

The error explains the problem - Helm hasn’t set up a post office for the domain you are trying to add a POP3 account for.

This problem can happen if the resource was switched on after the domain was created.

-In
Mail Enable, go to Mail Services and add a Post Office for the domain,
and within the Post Office also add the domain itself.
-Now go to Helm and re-add the POP3 account - this will now work.
