I get the following error in the Helm error logs "CDatabase.CreateDatabaseEx Either BOF or EOF is True"

Ensure that you haven’t added an IP to all services that is marked as dedicated.

An
IP can only be shared in a service, or be dedicated. It cannot be both.
Switch the IP to be a shared resource, and test again.
