My bandwidth and disk space usage in Helm are reporting extremely large incorrect amounts.

There may be .xml files in your Helm System folder starting with hb and hd (hb*****.xml and hd*****.xml).

Rename
these to backup_hb****.xml and backup_hd****.xml and then allow Helm to
re-run the bandwidth collector and diskusage collector.
 
If this doesn’t work - ensure that your version of Windows is a US/UK version,
and that are you using English as your default Windows language.

If not, you
will need to do the following:
 
1.) Log into Windows using the HELM_ADMIN account:
Username = HELM_ADMIN
Password = the password you chose when installing Helm - or you
can change this in the System Identity tab of the Configuration Tool
(if you do this, make sure ALL remote servers have their HELM_ADMIN
account passwords changed as well)
 
2.) Go to Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings.
 
3.) On each tab, make sure that any language dropdown box is set to “English (United Kingdom)”.
 
4.) Click Apply, then reboot the machine.
