Do I need to install the Backup/Restore Utilities additionally in order to be able to back up and restore my Plesk data?

Since Plesk 7 the Backup/Restore Utilities (psa-bu RPM) are included in
the Plesk distribution kit and installed with Plesk. You can find the BU utils in
the /usr/local/psa/bin directory.
