I have Plesk installed on my Windows server and I'm trying to use CDONTS. Why am I getting the error "Access Denied" when trying

1. Open IIS Manager (Administrative Tools -> Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager)
2. Right-Click Default SMTP Virtual Server and select Properties
3. Click the Security tab
4. Add the user “psacln”
