Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
Expand Web Sites
Right-click on the respective web site, select Properties
Click on the Directory Security tab
In the IP address and domain name restrictions box, click the Edit… button
Click the Add… button
Select the Single Computer option
Type in the IP address
