How do I update my Escalation Procedures for all servers?

To add or edit your Escalation Procedures, log into Orbit as your Master User,

and then click on Escalation Procedures, under Orbit Setup on the main page.

This will bring you to the screen where you can edit either your General

Escalation Procedures(for all servers), or you can pick an individual server for

reviewal.
