support staff will not provide this information to you over the phone,
or by email. If you are unable to login to Orbit, please contact
us by phone, and have all of the information you used when setting up
your account available. Some or all of it may be required to
identity verification. At that time, we can assist you in logging
into Orbit, to retrieve the server information.
