This can be found under “Hardware” >> “Monitoring IP Alert”.
If you need to request monitoring for a new server or change your
current monitoring options open a “Monitoring Request Form”. The link
for the “Monitoring Request Form” can be found at the top of the
“Monitoring IP Alert” page.
