• Click on the “Tweak Settings” link under “Server Setup”.
• Within the “Mail” section is a check box with the heading:“Email users when they have reached 80% of their bandwidth”
• Tick the check box and apply the changes by clicking on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

A ticket is automatically generated to the account holder in the event of bandwidth limits being approached and additionally when bandwidth limits have been exceeded.
