In order to cancel your server, you must submit a cancellation request through the following steps:
ORBIT CANCELLATIONS
- Please log into Orbit
- Select Accounting section
- Select Billing Portal
- Select the “Account Management” tab
- Click the “Service Cancellation” link
- Read and agree to the terms listed
- Select the appropriate server from the drop down list
- Fill out the cancellation form
- Submit the form
Once confirmed, the server will be canceled on your next billing cycle.
SERVER COMMAND CANCELLATIONS
- Log into ServerCommand
- Select Administration
- Select Cancellations
- Click the “Service” or “Server”
- Read and agree to the terms listed
- Select the appropriate server from the drop down list
- Fill out the cancellation form
- Submit the form
If you are billed for a canceled server, that was submitted 48-hours before billing cycle, please contact us so that we may issue a refund request for our Accounting team to process once the cancellation is completed.
