Urchin for Windows will automatically configure IIS to log in the correct format (W3C Extended). However, if you need to do it manually, just click on Properties for the site in question, click on Enable Logging, and then select W3C Extended Log File Format under the Active log format: pull-down. Click on Properties and then Extended Properties and make sure everything is checked.
