Chances are that you ran Urchin twice on the same log file or portion of log file. Urchin has been designed to run once per log rotation. Under normal operation, you want to set “LogDestiny: archive” or “LogDestiny: delete” in the config file and make sure that the “restart.sh” script is restarting your web server each time Urchin runs.
