This is probably due to database record limits. By default Urchin limits
unique records to 10,000 entries. If you have a busy website and this
limit is hit for a certain statistic then subsequent entries will get
listed as “Other”.
To change the database limit record:
Open the Urchin Administrative Control Panel.
Select Configuration-> Settings-> Process Settings-> Performance Settings.
Use the drop down list arrow to increase the “DB Table Limit” to the desired value.
Click the “Update” button to save your changes.
Select Configuration-> Settings-> Process Settings-> Performance Settings.
Use the drop down list arrow to increase the “DB Table Limit” to the desired value.
Click the “Update” button to save your changes.
